Our standard procedure cancels a subscription when an account is deleted. However, in rare cases, a disconnection between our user database and payment provider can result in the deletion of the Bloom Stories user account while the subscription remains active. We apologize for this unintended issue. Please reach out to us at support@bloomstories.com with proof of payment and your former account email so we can investigate and refund any extra charges post-account deletion.
